fry 2 chopped celery sticks , 6 carrots, 1 onion, in butter.
add black pepper
add 6 tomatoes, skinned and cored.
cook for about 20 minutes
meanwhile boil spaghetti.
drain and combine the two when spaghetti is al dente.
mix in lots of torn up basil leaves
grate parmesan over it.
