    Default Slow rolling food prep

    It just dawned up me I have generous invitations to dinner
    each of the following three nights. So therefore, I don't
    need to soak the 2lozs of adzuki beans. Leave them for
    a more famished inteval of my life.

    This may be a stupid question, but will these beans dry out OK to use later,
    or will soaking them and drying them out again degrade the taste or texture?

    I'm kind of ignorant in all things dry bean related as I usually use canned.
