    Default Roger Ebert and food.

This article is amazing. Don't know if you are aware that Roger
Ebert, former film reviewer has no lower jaw or tongue and can no
longer eat. But he LOVES food and writes about it. It's a good
    read

Make me appreciate my senses even more and cherish the facilities I
    have.

Yes. A side of my family has always tended towards the "food as fuel"
concept. Then one of them had major mouth surgery. She figures they
must have cut a major nerve. After that, most smell and taste was just
gone. When the baby needed a diaper change (and we're talking #2 here),
her husband had to tell her, because she couldn't smell it!
