A spell checker wouldn't have caught that. You need someone to think
for you, since you're so piss poor at thinking.

Well, hell, you might as well not trust restos in general. Who knows
what hasn't been washed? I've seen some knives still bearing crust
and lipstick ain't just on the ol' collar.

One "retires" from the position of dishwasher?

Didn't your restaurant have the linens laundered? I'm sure it did.
Perhaps it needed a better laundry service.

I love cloth napkins and the restaurants that put them on the table.
Even my pizza joint gives us cloth. They also give us paper in case
there's a real mess... but they give us cloth! Not to many pizza
    places do that.

I don't do buffets very often. Once every ten years or so, and I'm
still alive so I guess they're fine.

I prefer the machine type of dishwasher over human powered.

Don't the places you eat provide fresh napkins and tableware for every
    diner?

Then I guess you take your own napkins, plates, glasses and flatware
along when you eat at a restaurant.

You make it sound as if every restaurant meal results in a bout
of salmonella or e. coli. Not so, in my experience.

    Pennyaline,

    Heh heh heh heh heh!

It was a tiny cafe, not a restaurant, per se. I forget the count but it
was probably 10 tables and some patio space.

    We had paper napkin dispensers.

I swiftly went from dishwasher to espresso machine man to crepe cook.
Brenda, the crepe cook taught me how to make crepes (simple) so she
could get a 15 minute break on the shift. Once, she went on break... and
    never came back.

Except for ownership, I ran the store. I got retired all the time.

    Best,

    Andy

The Ivar's chain of seafood restaurants here in WA has the motto, "Keep
