    Default Reducing the taste of beets in juices

    I now make my own juice with a juicer. I really want beets every day
    in my juice, but its taste is extremely strong. What are the best
    foods that help reduce their taste? Thanks.

    Try a couple apples, sweet or tart depending on your desire.

    IIRC rfc regular Barb Schaller recommends cutting the beet juice with
    water...
