Red beans and rice, in the sense that it's the only iconic
Southern dish that I cook and eat frequently.

There are others that I really like, but either eat less frequently
(oyster po' boy, etoufee...) and/or that are to me less iconically
Southern although popular in the South (fried chicken, pulled pork,
greens).
