Fresh parsley even more so. Eating a few sprigs of fresh parsley will
even negate the smell of eating lots of garlic - so my wife tells me
after I've had the occasional raw garlic sandwich.

I wonder if the interrogator has really bad farts, does that violate
the Geneva Conventions? They could play good cop/bad cop, with the
good cop agreeing with the detainee that the bad cop is disgusting,
and has poor personal habits.

I watched mythbusters or some show like it on a science channel last
weekend or two ago. Parsley didn't do anything to stop bad breath,
but gum chewing helped and brushing did wonders.

Aside from cleaning your teeth, the best method is to persuade the
(complaining) other person to eat some garlic too.

Somewhere in the back of my rapidly aging brain there is a memory of a
study that showed that if you stood on a peeled garlic clove barefoot,
within five minutes it would be on your breath. That being said I love
garlic.

Another good personal grooming tip for halitosis is to brush your tongue
and use a tongue scraper. Many dentists offices pass out plastic tongue
scrapers. I have a metal one I use I bought at Sun Harvest and use
regularly.
