I lay them out on a baking sheet, put them in the freezer for three hours
then put the frozen biscuits in a zipper bag and back into the freezer until
I want them. Whenever I want biscuits, I grab however many I need, put them
on a rack for about 20 minutes to thaw, Depending on how I want to use
them, I either warm them in a 200F oven, microwave on low power (setting 1
or two) until warm or split and toast them. Split and toasted they make a
great base for sausage gravy, creamed chipped beef, chicken ala king, or
similar dishes. Split, toasted and buttered, with sausage patty and/or egg
also makes a great sandwich. Once you have frozen biscuits tucked away,
you can have a biscuit anytime the mood strikes; they are valuable enough to
command space even in a small freezer 8-)
