Add just a tiny bit of minced apple. Knew someone who owned a restaurant
once that told me that. Also maybe a bit of hard-boiled egg. I usually use
all of your ingredients plus what I just said.
Hey wait a minute! You didn't mention chopped onion! I add that too.
And make the sandwiches on toast with iceberg lettuce added. Swiss cheese
works well too.

Definitely toast! Add some potato chips to the sandwich once in a
