As an additional convenient tip -- I have foun, in making vaious
"balls' for spreads, line a soup bowl with plactic wrap. Then press
in the contents, but leave the topflat. Move to fridge. Later pop
out (from the clean bowl) and you have a flat bottom fo the "ball" to
rest evenly on your serving plate.
