I've eaten at Mortimer's a number of times and found it to have a
pleasant atmosphere, pretty good food, and good service. It's my
first choice to have a large group.

As for being clean, I suspect that if you saw what went on in the vast
majority of the restaurants, you wouldn't ever eat out again.
