There is one Penzey's mix that I can happily endorse. Their Italian Herb
concoction is great for my own version of spaghetti sauce, pizza and
assorted others. Probably wouldn't go over big in Italy but I wasn't fixing
to take them some lasagna anyway. Their apple pie blend is ho-hum. An
admitted control freak, I want to do that myself. Polly

I'm sure lots of Italian cooks use it, it contains but five essential
herbs for Italian cusine. That's one of my must haves. It contains
no added salt and no citric acid. I use a lot of it, it's excellent
in salad dressings. I sprinkle some on pizza, and of course it's good
in tomato sauce.
