Really well for a first time. It could have used more time smoking,
but the flavor is good, the heat is just about perfect and
it's got tons of flavor. I'm pretty happy.....sleepy but happy !!

You made enough to enjoy well rested. :-)
Thanks for the idea! I might re-find a use for my stuffer attachment
for the grinder after all. It's a special non-grinding plate that holds
the tube/stuffer in place.
