Ketchup, mayo, a bit of lemon juice (or vinegar), some sweet relish, a tiny
bit of minced onion, black pepper.

Instant Thousand Island dressing.

Use conventional American chili sauce, which is just a lightly spiced
tomato ketchup and call it "Russian Dressing."

I do it all the time with just plain mayo and ketchup.

Well less so these days, its been a few months since i have bought any
mayo and i have not tried ketchup and sour cream.
