    I'd undo the given and do them separate. This time of year they'd be cooked
    on the grill to about 135 deg. Rubbed down with a seasoning that strikes my
    fancy that day. Maybe each done different.

    For even more flavor (surface area) butterfly the tenderloins
    lengthwise, spice, and grill.
