Now I can understand what they are: green dough ravioli enclosed in an
envelope of yellow dough. At first sight I thougth as Sheldon that they were
half open and leaking the filling around, LOL

Love the artichoke and ricotta filling! Just reading the recipe made
me hungry. What goes over them - is it melted butter or something
else?

Fact is: we both post so-so photos 
I recently posted some horrible pizza shots on alt.binaries.food that
really suck... let's see what I can do to improve something

The fact is that you have to eat ravioli very hot....and there wasn't time to make good pic
