Better than what?

You can't really compare the two. If you try a dozen samples of each,
you'll find some ices better than granitas, some granita better than ices.
Too subjective.

An italian ice, when it melts a little and then refreezes, forms these
sugary ice crystals, like granita. I think granita is better.
