Pointed cabbage with meatsauce
As I mentioned earlier, pasta is disgusting and pointed cabbage is my
new stable, so you can also replace pasta with it.
So mats:
Meatsauce (whichever makes you happy)
POINTED CABBAGE WOOOO!
Water
oil/butter
Procedure:
oil/butter on the pan
cabbage until it start getting a tad brown in the bottom
add a bit of water and lid/alu foil
If your meatsauce is leftover from a divine moussaka you amde the day
before, you might want to add it now.
When the cabbage is tender enough: Eat!

It's very rare around here as well. Don't think it's more difficult to
grow than any 'round' cabbage but then we aren't cabbage growers. Got a
nice flat 'Taiwanese' cabbage from the Asian shop. Haven't decided what
to do with it just yet.
