PL found a new home!
Real Estate agent told me Peter Lucas & Ruth Grealy have applied to
rent another house.
Although they have to do is wait for bond board assisted bond to come
through from 82 Wahine Drive.
Yes Australian low income earners can apply for assistance to pay bond
through the bond board.
Congats Peter & Ruth and may the location of your new place remain a
secret for a looooooong time.

The Victorian Housing Commision told me that kirkland is still living
there, on it's disability pension. You see, in Victoria, you get to go on a
pension if you're all alone, an alcoholic, and a drug addict.

Nobody cares except you freaks. But knock yourselves out. If you didn't
focus on this it might be something significant.

Google Earth shows the front of units too.
I believe that is one of their cars parked out front.
Audi or BMW...can't quite see?

Great subject, wrong group. Sorry I can't direct you were you need to
go - but if you google you'll figure it out quickly.

BMW lover - who crossed over to the dark side, Mercedes. SO tries to
sing the praises of Audi, but it doesn't have any cachet for me.

Bull**** the commission is like your stated 'spy" bound by the
provisions of the privacy act
as amended .
Although your terminology may at first appear impressive . As a fact
it is woefully inaccurate .
The "housing commission " as an entity by that name ceased to exist
a few decades ago.
Close but no cigar peter .
See :
The Housing Commission of Victoria was established in 1938 for the
purpose of improving existing housing and to provide adequate housing
for people of limited means. The Housing Commission ceased to exist in
1984.
