I think I would win solid bonus points with my wife if I made this,
and it would be perfect for a Lenten meal. A couple of questions:

Is a cucchiaino raso a "heaping teaspoon" or is raso a type of sugar?

What kind of black olives? I like to use Kalamatas for everything, but
obviously they're not very Italian.

Thank you Peter! Calzone is a little different for shape (it is
generally half moon shaped) and filling (generally, sausage or ham,
mushrooms, eggs, etc...)

Oh no! It s the contrary of" heaping tsp" I don't know how you say.
BTW not completely full! I prefer to put in this recipe sweet black
olives becouse anchovies under oil are a little salted...also "smoked
provola" is a little salty. I hope and I believe your wife will enjoy
it! Last week I made it with "bieta" inside, previously seasoned in
oil garlic and hot chili pepper. Was good too!
