The main thing was to get the tenderloins/eye fillets.... and we just browsed
for the rest.

We went to the Eaglefarm store, that has the dry aging room with the Tomohawk
steaks in it.

They'd look good for presentation etc, but I don't think dry aged beef is
worth all the hype and price.

But that pork.........!!! Bangalow pork, juicy and tasty :-)

We've also had the Wagyu roast before...... *very* tender, even cold the next
day, and days after!!
