    Default PIC's: Tenderloin (raw)

Dinner last night. Served with salad and a white onion I sliced up and
cooked till sweet and tender in butter.

    I had a piece as well :-)

Well, almost all of a piece, but most of it anyways :-)

So what? Raw meat is not all that unique. Looks like it's from the used
meat bin - already turning yellow/brown on the edge.

I'll bet BULL was just expressing his inadequacy about his own meat,
by lashing out at your's in a specious attempt to make his own meat
    seem bigger and better!

God you're such a mincing queer it makes me sick. I'm not talking
about homosexuality. You're a preening queen that people are
embarassed to be seen with. Don't you see that's why you can't get a
decent job? I'm being serious. Bryan, would you hire this guy?
Especially in a job that involves contact with normal people?

looks good. i've never had raw tenderloin. i like it grilled medium
rare. it is tasty contrary to what some people say. some say it's
bland. i've had it dry aged before, and it's very good.
i've had steak tartar before. not bad. nothing to write home about
though. i think it was ground inside round. the tartar people used
to keep beef under their saddle until it became tender from all the
horse sweat and what not. hence steak tartar.
i used to ride with the mongols(not the CA biker gang, the real
mongols way over there to the east, or west depending on where your
originations are, but then everything is east and west), i used to
ride with the mongols, and those tartar people were always stealing
our women and sheep. they were the aggressors not us!
My many times over great grandfather the Great Khan was made homeless
by the tribe. Today is the anniversary of his death. His mother was
kicked out by wicked women of the tribe. She and her sons lived on
shrubs and berries for many years. They were eventually allowed back
into the tribe. The Great Khan then killed his brother to ensure his
dominant place in the family. We don't do that these days. We prefer
to get tourists to give us money to watch our skill at falconry.
i still have some of the old habits and smear myself with mutton fat
when i've risen. the ladies seem to like it.

WTF is wrong with that thing??!?! It's all yellow on the one side
looks like it's covered with tomato sauce or something. You must have
got that in the reborn meat case (the month-old meat on sale).

That's looks disgusting. And all the yellow **** on the knife? That
just ain't right. Perfect for you, "I'm Back Door Peter."

That's why I call it "reborn meat". Its so dead that it's teaming
    with new life forms.

"Used meat" is what Japanese scientists make ot of turds from the
    sewage treatment plants.

Nothing at all, you useless pathetic little man.

BFD, the lighting was not right. This is not a photography group.

Got anything to contribute cooking wise to the group, or are you just
going to continue being a useless piece of **** that slags off at
everypone for posting food/cooking related stuff on here?
