Leftover roast potato done with garlic butter and parmesan cheese and bacon
slices, chopped up, in a small frypan, with a free range egg on top. A lid
placed over the pan towards the end with a bit of water drizzled down the
side, to give the egg top a last bit of setting.
And that was it for breakfast!! And for the next 4 hours!!
