She had Tenderloin pan seared (outside), a crunchy salad (as we didn't have
any green leaf stuff left) and some lightly seasoned Cajun potato chunks
cooked in the benchtop oven.

I had a couple spoons of Fennel & Roasted Chestnut with roasted Garlic &
Truffle Oil Risotto to which I added some chopped Italian parsley and chopped
roasted pine nuts, and a few of the potato chunks.... which proved *way* to
spicy/hot for me.... but still tasted damn good!!
