PICS: Brats and 'kraut
The 'kraut'...... very mild, done in white vinegar. Cooking
instructions were
"Add a cup of water/sugar, and a good helping of MSG". I used Cola
and rennet.

Browning the brats in the frypan, with baking paper under. Didn't need
to undress the little ****s, it stopped their delicate skins from
burning.
