wrap food that forms lots of suds ineither pastele paper --parchment or
large coffee filters such as used in large urns--almost 14 inches in
diameter
work great in pressure cooker especially for beans
no foam

think about placing them in a f very very fine cloth bag
water/steam would be able to get inside and out--but when foam tried to get
out it would get captured by the cloth
works great--try it wshen pressure cooking beef in a pressure cooker--use
the very large coffee filters --like 14 inches or more in diameter--leave
everything very loose--i use staples to close the filter
try it with parchment paper if filter paper makes you uncomfortable
