No, I didn't know Dora had joined the club! Hey, Dora, wherever you are and
whatever stage you're at, it's worth it. The first step on my new hip was

Hope I got that snipped right. Welcome back. I can empathize with some of
your experiences, having had major surgery. Are you on coumadin long term,
or short term? I'm on it ferever term.

I have been off a while, too, ill, and writing a blog of my experiences.
Isn't it nice to be back and out of the medical places? The best of luck to

exercise programme you must have been given.

The Maternal Unit *did not* do her exercises after her implant and now
is much stiffer than necessary.

My PT came today and I paid attention to the exercises! Thanks for your
