No breakfast today. Stomach is groaning.
No breakfast today. Stomach is groaning.
Last night I decided to relieve my orange and lime'd water
boredom. I opened an ice cold 2-quart bottom of grapefruit
juice. I probably drank a quart of it. They my stomach groaned
all night and this morning.
I did have a dinner Brown'n'Serve sausage sandwich on whole
wheat toast.
I don't know where the blame lies. Too much citrus acidity, late
evening digestion or both.
I had a tall glass of ice-cold milk to calm the groaning, which
didn't work as I had hoped. Oh well, tomorrow's another day.
You?

Porridge made of 50/50 blend of rolled barley and rye flakes with a small
fist full of walnuts, a light sprinkle of Splenda and a knob of butter. A
small banana and a few link sausages completed the meal. Coffee was
necessary to be awake enough to prepare the porridge.

Sounds very filling and nutritious!
I managed a chewable multivitamin and a honey Graham cracker.
That's it for today other than plain tap water.
It's not food poisoning, ulcer or heartburn just terrible gas
after yesterday's greasy/fatty food and juice excesses! :-(

Gary,
Nah.
No beers. I had to be mobile. I got DUI'd in 1998. It was
costly, degrading and inconvenient. I've been bone dry behind
the wheel ever since.
