NFL Aftermath Breakfast!
NFL Aftermath Breakfast!
Simply:
Another two broiled HN hot dogs with Guldens spicy brown
mustard.
Washed away by an ice-cold Bud Light.
You?

Just the dogs, or with rolls?
I'm loving my banana-bread oatmeal. It needs some cinnamon though, or
ginger. It needs a kick. Not nutmeg though.

I usually had breakfast before math, not after, and lunch before history;
but, that was a long time ago. 8-)
Today's breakfast was one of those "clean out the fridge" meals. A quick
survey found 3 eggs left in the carton, 3 strips of bacon in the package and
a few leftover, steamed baby new potatoes (Size B, or B-cup for Sheldon).
I fried the bacon first, leaving a nice amount of rendered fat for the next
step. I sliced the potatoes and fried them in the bacon fat, hit them with
a bit of salt, plated with the bacon and set aside in a warm oven until time
to eat. Finally, I fried the 3 eggs in the remaining bacon fat, two for me
and one for the dog; for those who care about such things, she is a pit
bull. While the coffee was 100% Colombian, it was not because of Columbus
Day; I have it every day.
No fruit or dairy this morning; I'll have to make up for that at lunch.
Perhaps peach pie ala mode --- ;-)

more, more fries! OMFG! YES!... Yes... yes... yes... mmmm"
