Neat! Works on the same design Wilton uses for "couplers" for cake
decorating bags & tips. Except that the coupler ring screws onto the
first part (with the tip in the middle). It says COPCO - was it
expensive?

I was reading the little tag that was on it and the copco logo and
copco bag cap are trademarks of Wilton. I think they are pretty
clever.
I guess thinking if something is expensive or not is relative. The
price of it is $4.99.

I found it in a little kitchenware shop. It's a Wilton Industries
product, the cake decorating company. Might find it were other Wilton
products are sold.

Can buy alot of rubber bands for $4.99, but it is an interesting concept. I'm
gonna be in Grand Forks Oct. 12, the Bed Bath & Beyond is 100 yards from our

I dump dry tuff like lentils into old Mason jars. Also, those cubic
type plastic jars stuff like rice comes in with wide mouths are also
good storage.

Just thought I'd offer a 'free' alternative.

There are two distributors in Australia, and neither stocks the caps.

I'm sure they'll hit our shores in the next couple of years though.

It does look cool but I don't think it would work for me.

1. Plastic bags tip over and are hard to store upright.
2. We get mice in the fall and they chew through the bags.
I store most plastic bagged stuff in canning jars or in the freezer.

LOL! I could really use some of these. So many things come in plastic
bags. I wonder if it would work on those that are more like celophane?

We could probably market several variations of the original, depending on
what's being dispensed.
