Hee! Well, think of it this way: If I ask you which point is 3 units
away from zero on a marked scale, 3 is a correct answer, but so is -3.

gougeres for French Fridays with Dorie; and cjalsons (a Friulian analog
to pierogies) for a cjalson blog event.

So they switched days from Tuesday to Friday for the new book? How do
you like the recipes so far? I think I'll order it from the library
first and cook from it a bit. If I like it enough, then I'll buy it.
