    I saw something similar where one tribe of seafaring Inuits would kill a
    seal, and wrap a lot of the blubber and meat up just as they do with this
    one, then leave it for 6-9 months, then go trade it for reindeer skin and
    meat from the deer Inuits.

    The birds certainly peeled pretty easy.

    I'd be tempted to try some of the meat.

    My horizon has been broadened, in that if I encounter this dish, I will take
    off running and not stop until I reach the horizon.
