We had Fajitas last night and the leftovers are going into an omelet
this morning.

A few pieces of watermelon and plenty of coffee.

I had a couple of left-over roasted-and-stuffed (cream cheese, onion,
shredded Monterey Jack) jalapenos from Sunday. To use them up I stuffed
them inside an EggBeaters omelet, topped with a bit of salsa.
