    Mexcellent Burger Breakfast.

    My trusted creation again.

    Toasted waffle bottom.
    Mooshed avocado
A nucularized Bubba 1/3lb. angus burger.
Dotted with Cholula hot sauce and Hickory liquid smoke
Two slices American processed cheese food product
A few shakes each onion and garlic powders
    Fresh cracked black pepper
    A whole mild green chile
Waffle top spread with dijon mustard

Very juicy, delicious and filling but my jaw hurts as it stacked
up kinda tall and lots of waffle crunch to bite through. On a
good note, it didn't fall apart.

Washed down with a tall glass of ice-cold milk.

    Dessert: Two strawberry fig newtons.

    You?

    Andy
    Drumroll please!...

We had Fajitas last night and the leftovers are going into an omelet
    this morning.

A few pieces of watermelon and plenty of coffee.

    Have a good day!

Must be a Mexican themed day; just call me Jungry Jose:

I had a couple of left-over roasted-and-stuffed (cream cheese, onion,
shredded Monterey Jack) jalapenos from Sunday. To use them up I stuffed
them inside an EggBeaters omelet, topped with a bit of salsa.
