    Default In Memorium ........ MF

    In Memorium
With all the sadness and trauma going on in the world at the moment, it is
worth reflecting on the death of a very important person, which almost went
    unnoticed last week.

Larry LaPrise, the man who wrote "The Hokey Pokey", died peacefully at age
    93.

The most traumatic part for his family was getting him into the coffin.
They put his left leg in. And then the trouble started.

(For the humour impaired, this is a Monday Funny :-)

Geez, and it only took a few decades for this ancient old joke to make
down to Australia. You ppl need to update your com infrastructure.

NB *That* joke as you say is decades old and *did* make it here
Decades ago . Please dont judge the rest of Australia because of this
posters feeble attempts at humour by posting stuff that is rarely
    funny or recent .

When it comes to IQ or social skills some say that particular poster
loses points every time he goes to the restrooms

I've pointed out many, many times that the poster you replied to is a fraud,
a con artist, and an out and out liar. It's also an obsessed stalker.

If you tallied up everything that it says it owns, and you tallied up
everything that it's supposed to have done, it would be a multi-billionaire
    who is 247 years old.

But, it's your perogative to have discourse with it, as is my perogative not
to see anything it writes. Therein, you've earned yourself a stay in my idiot
    bin.

    C'ya in 100 days....... maybe.

So you can come up with a joke that *no-one* has heard, right?

I was wondering about that manic depressive typing thing he does.
It does come off a bit spooky.

If someone shows any sign of talking to it, sooner or later it will come out
with "Here's my number, call me. Or email me 'off channel' so we can 'talk'."

    Classic stalker.

IMO it's OK to post an rfc relevant usenet joke. Something as old as
that one should be posted with an apology.... but did anyone stop to
think that we're not all in the same circle?

Some people just read old jokes and reply with an LOL or don't say
anything. It's not worth it (unless you're into one upmanship) to
reply any other way, especially here.

No use trying to talk reason or sense to 'that particular poster'. I've
told you time and time again, it's an obsessive stalker, a fraud, a con
artist, and a proven (many times) out an out liar.

I've known it, and seen it's antics for nigh on 10 years.

You've known it for a couple of months.

BTW, it's also very much into 'projection'.

there's a difference between 'a joke "no-one" has heard' and a joke that
was a hot item almost fifteen ****ing years ago.
