mayacoba
FYI... sighted mayacoba beans in the large economy size at Smart &
Final (aka: Cash & Carry) today. Please remind me how they are used.
Thanks!
I think I'll go back for the small white beans at Smart & Final
because they seemed *extra* small. Didn't see mung beans there, so
far I only buy those beans at 99 Ranch.

Forget the health food. I need all the preservatives I can get.

Seems to me the last time this came up the consensus was they were
another bean, not exactly the same but not terribly different from
Great Northern, white, pinto, or navy beans. I don't remember
anyone's posting a special recipe for them or for soup made with
them. Cook 'em up and eat them as you would any of the others. You
may really like them, or (like me) you may revert to pintos or blacks
as the bean of choice..... -aem

Thanks. I wasn't inspired to buy any. If I hear of something I
really really really want to try, I might buy some.

I love cooking with wine.
Sometimes I even put it in the food.
