Leftover 'Tuscan' chicken drumettes, meat removed from the bone, 2 slices of
german sourdough spread with butter and avocado one side, (Bramble Patch)
Eggplant Kassoundi (http://www.bramblepatch.com.au/) the other, topped with
chicken meat and a Sorrel salad. Spicy and silky at the same time!!

Washed down with a glass of Cottees Raspeberry cordial made with soda water.
