Default Low GI and High Omega 3 recipes

Introducing myself: I'm Libby Warne, a home cook based in Sydney. For
lack of a good web resource combining Low GI with the good fats, I've
started my own blog. Check it out: 'Low GI & Omega 3 Rich Recipes'
(http://www.lowgicooking.com) Let me know if there is anything I can do
to make it better!

Welcome! Libby. Thank you for the site. Stick around. Lots of us here
struggle with diet restrictions - we're such foodies that we won't
compromise on flavor or texture and love the stuff that's "bad" for
us. See the post with the comment on the chicken and dumplings . . .
with noodles and served over mashed potatoes. Don't laugh. I think
it sounds great!
