New-to-me, Jimmy Dean D-Lights, turkey sausage muffin made with whole
grain, egg white and cheese. 260 calories. Tolerable. The fats are
o.k., but the sodium is awful 760 mg. I've also got a low sodium V-8
and a cup of coffee. I'm not a cereal or sweets kind of breakfast
person. I quit my frozen hash browns and egg in an effort to get rid
of the yolk fat. What are Egg Beaters like? Are they funky?

Last nights leftovers. Sausage-stuffed acorn squash and two eggs
over-easy. Coffee.

Grape Nuts, a glass of water and linisopril. Last night's leftovers
was tempting, though.
