    Default Leftovers_AGAIN_

    Yep.
I had leftover mashed potatoes from the meal I made using the leftover
    steak.
I had a nice brunch Sunday afternoon of a potato pattie topped with a
    sunnyside egg.
    http://i40.tinypic.com/sbjz1c.jpg

I really enjoyed my brunch, then I had to face this.
I had to move everything off the island to the sink so I could take a
    picture of the plated food.
    http://i44.tinypic.com/10xvk13.jpg
Can you believe this mess? I'm a one man show so I can't clean as I
go, I'm photographing as I go.

An extra cup of coffee later.
    http://i44.tinypic.com/2jfjdrn.jpg
    Oh, yeah, much better.

It was delicious and worth it.

Well..look at it this way. This is more room than in the 5th wheel,
    isn't it?

Of course, that means you can just fill up the space with more
    stuff...

You remember the Sandy Eggo cookin at Rita's (Ocean Beach? Pacific
Beach?)? Now, *that* was a tiny kitchen, but we got a dozen or
something RFCers in and out of there and put on a heckuva spread,
    IIRC.

Oh yes I remember, (Ocean Beach) it was so much fun. Yep, small space
    and great food.

Thanks for the link it was fun reliving it. The photos are great.

Gets me to thinking I could host a cookin but the nearest motel is 12
miles away. I have room for motor homes and trailers though.
