I wanted to use up the rest of a beer can chicken my husband grilled
on Memorial Day. While a big pot of spaghetti was cooking, I pulled
the rest of the chicken off of the bones and shredded some carrots. I
drained the spaghetti over the carrots in order to blanch them
slightly. I added about a half cup of leftover green peas. I tossed
it all with some jarred peanut sauce. It was good!
