Left-over chocolate recipes?
My left-over candybar has been staring me in the face for a week. I could
really use some leftover chocolate recipes.

I was gonna say! I made barks out of my left over chocolate from my
Christmas Cabny making this year. Almond/dried cherry and cashew/mango
with dark chocolate and almond/pecan/caramel with milk chocolate.

Were the pecans and almonds in the same bark or different barks?

Imade three different barks:
1. Almond/dried cherries (dark)
2. Cashew/mango (dark)
3. Almond/Pecan/caramel (milk)
Probably not gonna put caramel in any future barks. Eats too chewey
for a bark, but it does taste fantastic!

If you have left-over chocolate, then most likely it wasn't very good
chocolate! If the chocolate is the good sort, then there shouldn't be
any left over - DOH! <VBG>

Exactly. Chewy just does not work well with a bark. Barks are supposed
to be crispy, not chewy.

There's no such thing as leftover chocolate in this house!
