Ran out of my home made "baked beans", so I just sliced up 2 segments
of turkey smoked sausage and put in with my brown rice this AM. And
the obligatory mango and cup of milk.

The one carby thing I miss most is milk. Day 5. No test strips, but
I'm sure I'm well into ketosis.

I never really caught on to Groupon. There's an app for it on the iPhone
but it seems like a waste of time. Maybe I should try again.

I love Groupons when they are for something I buy or want/need to buy
anyway, like one I had from Mound City Nut Company for over 50% off on
their cashews, which I was going to buy anyway and probably ended up
paying the same amount for per lb after the discount as if I would
have bought them at the grocers, but that got me into Mound City Nut
Company for my first time. Or the one I bought for a new-to-me sushi
place nearby, which turned out to be some of the best sushi I ever
had. Or this one for Blue Ocean Sushi which I've had before and is
good sushi, but this is 50% off! So... :-)

I get lots of Groupon offers which I just delete because they are for
things I don't want or need, or to places I'd never normally go
anyway.

Should I have come up with a less frequently used synonym? The only
applicable alternatives are at least related to human excrement, and I
was trying not to spoil anyone's appetite, though perhaps that's a
goal that's difficult for you to relate to, since every time you post
it brings to mind puke. Damn, I put too much Splenda in my diluted
vodka (low carb) gimlet.

I need to order some pure sucralose, and tiny measuring spoons. To
