Looks pretty good, but what did you mean by "full crunch flavor"? After
grilling I'd think the apple and bell pepper would have lost their crunch.

Depends on how you grill them. One can grill them so that the veggies
and fruit in question could retain a bit of the crunch. I have done
it...

And obviously anyone who actually cooks (not keyboard kooking) would
know that the longer one grills saw-seege the more crunch... all one
need do is look at the pic to know which crunch is being refered to.

Oh stop it, Sheldon. 
Bob can cook ,and cooks very well. I know. I have been to his house,
and had some great food there. AND he DID cook it.
