It's what's in the oven
Breaded Pork Chops
One sweet potato
Red-skin potatoes with rosemary
Should be done just in time to watch the Wheel. :-)
May add some raw vegetables -- carrot sticks; some bread & butter
pickles, too.

Sounds great except for the pork (I don't eat murdered animals).

I made burgers last night. But I also roasted red-skin potatoes
I cut
them into quarters. Tossed with olive oil, granulated garlic and rosemary,
S&P, roasted at 425F 30 minutes. Crispy and golden outside, nice and tender
inside. And oh boy did they taste good!
