Default It's Sunday Breakfast?

It's Sunday! That Means Pancakes!?

Made a mile high stack of Bisquik brand pancakes drowned in butter and
maple syrup. I think I ate eight pancakes.

Washed down afterwards with a tall Awfully Bloody Mary.

I should be so lucky to remain awake for NFL football at 1:00pm.

You?

Andy

I think I'll do that for my husband this morning. He's mentioned pancakes
recently and I just got maple syrup. I prefer plain old waffles. Maybe
I'll do it noonish and do potato pancakes for me. The Packers are on today,
aren't they? BSU (college team) will find out tonight if they will be
awarded a Bowl game for an undefeated season.

Janet,

Here, the machismo is Men Making Pancakes! <g>

Sunday should really be a woman's breakfast in bed.

That's what I'd do, anyway.

Best,

Andy

Can't do that. I just took up football this season. I even bought
"Football for Dummies." I never watched football in high school or when
the Badgers went to the Rose Bowl or when the Packers were hot for so long.
(My husband's idea of cooking is either a bologna or peanut butter
sandwich -- although he can heat a can of soup).

Heh heh heh heh heh!

I misread that. "although he can heat a can of soup " can he eat a can of
soup."

My bad!

More or less the usual: 3 slices of wholemeal toast, one with strawberry
jam, grapes, pistachios and the decaf.

I can appreciate that. The last time I had booze for brunch, it was a
variation of a mojito made with Junipero gin and instead of mint, they
muddled sage. It was very good, but one was enough for me.

I love cooking with wine.
Sometimes I even put it in the food.
