Default It's officially Ground Pork Day

Some people call it Ground Pig
    others call it Ground Swine
    many call it Ground Hog.

No matter what you call it, it's PORK.

Happy Ground Hog day, or happy Ground Pork day!

wrong. Don't let the "hog" part fool you. They are not related to pigs/hogs.

Thanks for the reminder though. Once I read your post, I looked in my tv
guide and sure enough....on AMC this evening is the Bill Murray movie,
"Groundhog Day." I like that movie.

Thank you-- and as luck would have it I will be grinding some pork
today. [Wish I could find a nice groundhog, though. I haven't
eaten it in years. I is a lot like beef-- but on chicken bones.]

I call them woodchucks, so celebrating 'ground Pork' day makes more
    sense.
