ID this relatively recent New England cookbook?

I THINK that's an accurate description, anyway......

It came out fewer than 9 years ago, I believe. I think there was a
photo of some kind of soda bread on the cover, and there may have been
some word such as "constitutional" in the title, but that didn't help
when I checked Amazon. It may also be another cookbook I'm thinking of
- something connected with Franklin Roosevelt - but I'm almost 100%
sure it's not the 1951 "The Presidential cookbook;: Feeding the
Roosevelts and their guests" or the "Eleanor Roosevelt Middle School
Music Department Cookbook."
