Hints And Tips To Cooking
Cooking is the process of making food by using combination of
ingredients so that safe and edible food can be made. Cooking is a vast
field, which uses vast range of tools, methods and ingredients so that
the digestibility and flavour of the food is altered. Cooking in various
parts of the world is the reflection of agricultural, social, cultural,
aesthetics, economic and religious beliefs.
Cooking is done by the application of heat to the raw food, which
usually transforms its chemical structure. This in turn changes the
appearance, flavour, consistency, nutritional properties and texture of
the food.

I've been reading and posting in this group for years, and it's
perfectly obvious many posters
share your plight . They think cooking is about "open a packet, a tin
and a jar, mix them together,
cover it in something squirted from an aerosol and shovel it down".
