What is P.M.C.?
To take care of yourself, eat a balanced diet, get 8-9 hours of sleep
nightly, don't smoke, use alcohol in moderation, and exercise regularly,
giving your cardio system a good workout. Drink plenty of water.
That's a start.

Do people do this on those social networking sites, too?

If this is some sort of class assignment, you'd think they'd target
those sites rather than poor old Usenet.

What follows may sound like a joke, but I'm being perfectly serious:

If you want a really, really simple cookbook, look for one intended for
college students. They're not quite at the level of explaining what
water is and what boiling is before telling how to boil water, but
close.

Cookbooks for children aren't as simple, but have better illustrations.

I suspect the difference is because people who've gotten to college age
without learning to cook will have an attitude of "Oh no -- I have to
learn this complicated stuff before I can eat!" While kids look
forward to playing with a new set of toys.
