Here's a "heads up"
I haven't made crème brûlée in ten years...but having special guests
from the "north" on their drive to Miami Beach. One request was that
I make my outrageously good crème brûlée. OK...have reisited making
this dessert for many years and Sugar Busters puts it out of the
question. But for one special lunch, I concedeed to make Orange
crème brûlée.
Went over to the garage to get my propane torch. Out of gas.
Then I though about running into town and shopping at Williams Sonoma.
Checked their website

They want forty bucks for a cheesy torch....no way.
Went to Lowe's and bought a Worthington Propane Pinpoint torch for 13
bucks. Does the same thing with twice the amount of gas in the tank.
WS site did lead me to their roasted tomato salsa. Sounds good.

Wow, great price! For that little, I'd buy one too. Tried to find it
on the internet, but this is what came up.

The cylinders alone are $12.99.

Notice that you are buying the solder, etc...that makes the price
increase..... tell them you want the propane torch ONLY!
